Default Full Tilt support shines

Hi!

Had to write about my last endeavour with Full Tilt support. Played some NL10 there 21.6. when client crashed(odd thing ) just won $38 in one hand and wanted that to my PT records, so wrote to support and asked for last 100 hands.

So today they replied and send those hand histories. Only problem was that they were last 100 hands I played today!

Damn good service! took 3 days to reply and they didn't even get that reply right

Um... you asked for last 100 hands, you got them, what did they mess up again? Yeah 3 days sucks but that's standard for FTP. At least they replied.

Also, if the client crashed then it should have still saved all the hand histories onto the hard drive ready to import except for the hand currently involved in.

1. Yes, the HH's should have been saved on the drive anyway.

2. When a customer writes in to specifically request the LAST 100 hands that they played I would think it should be implied that they are referring to the hands immediately precdeding the time at which they requested them.
Not just any 100 recent hands whenever they happen to randomly get around to responding to the e-mail.
