Instant fold.
However bet the flop more - around potsized bet. The half sized pot bet is weak and gives him a good prize to draw out on you (which he presumably did)

I fold because the only thing you beat here is a total bluff. AT, AJ, AK, TT, JJ, and 77 are all within his potential holdings, and they all have you squarely beaten.

This is how I was looking at as well. For some reason I figured if he had 77 or TT I would pay him off. Not sure if that's good thinking though. I also didn't give him much credit for AK, which could be wrong as well. I really didn't like seeing that Jack and figured I was beat because it opened so many more possibilities. The short of it is I folded and now you guys are confirming that it was a good fold.

I just want to add that the villan could also be holding KQo,KQs, or 89s. So you are way behind if you call, unless villan was on a big bluff.

OOP I like a larger PFR to about $2.75-$3.00..

Bet more on the flop and fold to turn raise..

Yeah, I agree with everyone who say my bet sizing was too small. I saw that after analyzing the hand afterwards. For some reason I didn't notice this until after the hand ended. That's part of my game i have to work on.
