Default (5.50) Flopped Str8 Bet Size monotone board

All villians at the table where tight/weak on the bubble. I had built my stack from ~2400 to CL with well timed bets and steals. We had been on the bubble for about 10 hands at this stage.

What size bet/action gets the most $EV here ?

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Tournament
Blinds: t80/t160
4 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
Hero: t5035
Button: t3295
SB: t3565
BB: t1605

Bet 900-pot, you can't let anyone see a free card on this board. You could probably even just shove the flop.

bet t1300 and ponder a CRAI...
you can't give either one a chance to hit the flush if they haven't already.
