I have added Cryptologic in TableResizer. But i have only tested it on Interpoker and PokerPlex.

I have made a small test thats shows the CPU usage on my pc:

CPU/Processsor: AMD Athlon 64 3000+
Site: Interpoker
tables: 9
Default Zoom %: 75

1 FPS = 30%-40%
2 FPS = 50%-60%
3 FPS = 70%-80%
4 FPS = 100%

PAhud does not work for me. Great idea,but without PAhud support I cannot really use it.
