Default 50NL What do you put villain on?

BTN was a pretty solid player, 22/12 after 130 hands and I haven't seen him get out of line.

The river raise confused me. I put him on A9s, A3s, or A2s
He is representing a flush but can I give him credit for it?

IMO if you bet turn, bet more.

The only thing I'm scared of is 45 hearts. Everything else that beats you is really really unlikely unless he floats a lot.

I think you could bet more preflop, on the flop and definitely on the turn, like $7.50.

This is more likely to be a set than a flush for sure. You have shown strength throughout and villain is putting you on high pockets with your bet on the river. He knows you don't have the flush, but i doubt he is trying to make you fold. Seems like a value raise with 22/33, although I am surprised he did not raise turn with a set.

Why bet more on the turn?

To not give him odds for calling if he is really drawing for a flush.

A 22/12 doesn't call preflop with many hands that are drawing by the turn. The turn bet should be for value and to discourage floating. His range is going to be mostly pocket pairs and mid-high SCs. He probably dumps mid-high SCs and some PPs on the flop.

By the river, his raise is for value. You're ahead of his range so this is a call. I briefly considered why you could raise this, but I think raising is no good because of stack sizes.
