A3o - Is this tilt or okay?

I'm running and playing bad so this may have affected my play here.

SB is 58/9/0.9 he's been donking flops with any piece of the board including straight and flush draws even when I've raised preflop.

After the hand, I thought the pot might have been too small to even try this play and probably should have just folded on the flop. I decided to post the hand anyway.

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 2 folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (3 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, UTG folds, SB calls.

Turn: (3.50 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, SB calls.

River: (5.50 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: 5.50 BB

Tiny pot and drawy board that hits limping and completing ranges.

This is exactly what you dont want to do when you run bad. Stop taking shots a small protected pots.
