Full ring over 6 max

Do certain playing styles fair better at certain size tables? I play a tight agressive style. Does it make a difference if I play 6 max or full ring? Would I see different results? How do you guys choose whether to play full ring or 6 max?

You have to open up more at 6 max, and also defend your blind a bit more.

You can't really play the same style for both, you should be adapting to table conditions, and one of the conditions is how many opponents were dealt into the hand, and how many are left to act after me?
