Gonna start playing some of these and try to get a spot in the 215$ sunday tourney. Question is, what in the hell is the strategy in an unlimited 3$ rebuy (before 1st break) + 1 add on qualifier?

Unlimited.. what should I be looking to spend here?

Yes, make a rebuy directly, and the addon when you can.

If you get unlucky and get bellow your starting stack, just rebuy again, so i belive 9-15 dollars is standard.

always rebuy, take some shots, make bigger valuebets then normal
