[/ QUOTE ] The reason Canterbury has always been so good is that they have several girls who have worked there or years and are always on the ball. Not sure training or management has anything to do with it.

[/ QUOTE ] Yes - each list has it's own number - they could easily print the numbers on a cash register type reciept so you don't have to remember multiple numbers (or just write them on a post it).
