Pretty sure he was saying that quoting a pitcher's W-L record in order to evaluate the pitcher is stupid.
And that is pretty stupid. Especially with the variance involved in run support.

[/ QUOTE ] Nah I'm rooting for the Yankees, but I have no faith in Hughes or Clemens. Hughes 2007 could still be Tim Lincecum, and you don't know with Clemens either. It wouldn't be too surprising if both have injury issues in September, too.
