You just posted a couple of bad beats, standard.

Some bad luck, but one mistake too I think.

Hand 1: There are too many people left to act after you for you to bet out at this with your middling two-way holding. Your bottom two pair is unlikely to be good for high (very unlikely!) and unless the table is super loose I think this many preflop limpers means that someone will have A3xx 2/3 of the time or more. If you wanted to get ambitious, I'd sooner check and then possibly c/r if it looks like I can get it HU; but mostly I'd just check/fold unless someone decides to minbet. Betting out would be fine against one or two opponents, maybe even three, but not six.
Hand 2: Flop bet is standard for trips. Unfortunately, you end up against the shortstack, who doesn't have enough left to be forced out on the turn. But you couldn't bet less on the flop because then you'd be letting in others to chase lows or whatever. This was just bad luck. Theoretically, I guess you could check the flop (disguising your hand) and then bet the turn hard if no low comes, but slowplaying in O8 is just courting tragedy IMO so I think you played this fine.
