Yeah I noticed that too. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's part of a Led Zepplin album cover. I also thought it was strange how many people had this same image. Anyone know why so many display this image? Is there some relationship between these players?

It's a windows XP file. So when you browse for an image the folder with that image and a few others (there's a common blue one too) show up. People aren't smart enough to browse to another folder so they just pick one of the 4-5 that come default with windows xp.
