Default Minraised by LAG?

Villain is 29/17/3 over 700, my notes are:
checks turn with aces for pot control OOP
overbet all in river with boat

Completely read dependant?

Sooo read dependent. He seems the type that weak means weak and strong means strong. He's also probably capable of folding marginalish hands. Given that, I'm not folding here. Making it $70 and committing myself. Completely bottom of my range, but I think you see a fold here the majority of the time against this guy.

And be useful to take a note about what min raises in position mean after the hand!

you can't call since he will very often 2barrel and you can absolutely not call a turn bet unless you are willing to call a push on blank rivers.
Well, if you like variance and think that he can have air here very often...

Without a read I fold.
If I've seen him get fancy before, a reraise is good.

as a rule of thumb, when playing a donk or nit in smaller stakes games, i need minimum TPTK to continue when min raised. the donks almost ALWAYS min raise with a big hand. in this spot, standard fold.

The problem with this reasoning is that a big hand is ALWAYS better than TPTK.

that part of the rule is totally read dependant. if i've got a good read on the nit, and i'm fairly certain he's min raising with top pair... i.e A 9 2 rainbow flop, and i'm holding AK. a fair amount of the time there's a good chance the nit will have AX. again, that minimum requirment is def. read dependant. most times though, in that spot to a nit, i would fold.

Fold is good. If he seems to like VBing a lot, don't buy him dinner for his girlfriend - make him buy it.

As for the TPTK rule, eh, it's good to have some sort of rule so long as it's broken once in a while. I might bump it up to and over pair/two pair for that rule.

His range here is flush draw, medium/small pair, trash and set. It doesn't matter if you have 77 or A8 or TT here - your hand has pretty much the same value.
