Multitabling HU cash tables is way different than multitabling HU sngs. HU sngs take way more concentration per table because of the constant adjusting to stack sizes in addition to reads.

As I said, make sure you have 200 or so games under your belt so you know your winrate. Then decide based upon that and some other factors. I know you have the bankroll though.
