I think your supposed to fold turn here, unless villain has gotten out of line. By calling the turn, im assuming you believe youre ahead and that villain is semibluffing with QT or something, in which case the river changes nothing and you have to call.

Fold River. He isn't doing it with one pair or worse two pairs and it's quite unlikely he's bluffing that big with a missed fd in an unraised pot. And his play is extremely conistent with T8 or QJ.
If i don't have enough of a read on someone i'm always inclined to give him credit.
