Default Getting back to it... TPTK and a c/r

So I'm getting back into online poker after about a 5 month break. I'm trying to 'relearn' the game and get better at fundamentals. So here is a hand I wasn't sure about.

My only read is that the button is loose and passive, and not all that great.
I have no read on the BB.

FTP .05/.1 NL (6 max)

Hero is in CO w/ A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Effective stacks are $10

Preflop:
two folds, Hero raises to .4, Button calls, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop: 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (1.25 in the pot)
BB checks, Hero bets 1.25, Button calls, BB raises to 2.5 (minraise),
<font color="red"> Hero...? </font>

need a plan. What am I doing, and why?

In general, I luv coming over the top of that crap. BTN staying in the hand makes it a bad play, though, imo. I just call and see what BB does on a blank turn.
