Default 2/5 live

hero: $460
villian: covers

Live 2/5 bellagio. Villian opens on button to $25, SB fold, hero (BB) calls with 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] .

Flop: K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Hero checks, villian bets $60, hero raises to $120, villian calls. Villian has been opening on the button pretty regularly usually behind a few limpers. I already mini check raised him once and showed AQ high on a 558 board.

turn: 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

pot $290. Hero bets $200......

How do you like the double check raise?

Don't really like your preflop move.
Calling a raise out of position with 7 4 looks like a serious hole to your game.

Definitely fold preflop. Just because someone is stealing your blind doesn't mean you have to defend it OOP with 74s.

On the flop, I would either c/r much bigger (say 200) or bet/3bet all-in. As played, push turn.

I like a c/r way more than b/3b. Unless you know for sure that he likes to raise weak leads or that he has a low CB freq on boards like this one.

WHINE BELOW
The 2/5 live hands should really start going into SSNL, the questions in op could get the same answers here as in uNL. This is such a waste of space. no offence
