see.. heres the thing about that.. it doesnt matter what YOU would do in HIS spot against YOU. that is completely irrelevant. if it is correct to fold a 7, that doesnt matter at all. it only matters what this guy will do with a 7, or an overpair for that matter. im not sure how i feel about this still, but im pretty sure i dont like it.

I think this is a very good point, its really hard (impossible?) for you to have a boat here given preflop.

I'm pretty sure Mike Drummond doesn't have a boat here but I doubt he'll fold any 7 here since he never folds. Against other solid regulars on UB, I'd like this a lot more. He could easily be bluffing a missed draw here though so it's not that bad.

this guy is super weak passive with no aggression and you're trying to make a big move on him?

in general thats a bad idea.
