Default $NtUninstall files in C:\\Windows

So I have almost 1GB of these folders and files thanks to all the security patches Microsoft has to release. I assume these are uninstallers for their patches. Can I delete them and free up some disk space?

Also, can the $hf_mig$ directory be deleted?

You can delete them all except the $hf_mig$ - keep him around.

They are just the files you would use if you had to uninstall a hotfix from Windows Updates as you said, but hf_mig is for other stuff.

Thanks. It'll be nice to get rid of some of these 2 year old junk files.
