I don't think we can include people who are big gamblers but are in control of their finances & their lives in general. So Phil Ivey, Gus Hansen don't count. Maybe not even Benyamine since he seems pretty sorted?
Historically it's gotta be Stu Ungar. I don't know about Matusow now - how much is he propped up by sponsorship / endorsement deals?
