Even if he could only have AK here, there are 9 combos of AK out therem and 9 combos of higher sets out there. Folding a set on the turn would be generally bad.

If I raise the flop does AQ, QQ-TT call me? I figure AK, AA-KK would bet it all in there, but that all other hands would fold. Playing these WA/WB situations has gotten me in trouble before, especially when opponents catch over sets like this.

Whoops, should have read the thread.
Anyway, Villain should have re-raised on the flop. Any Q, 10, J, or K makes this hand messy. I almost say I'd rather know where I am on this flop than see that next overcard. A'

I'll just reraise the flop and be done with it. You are right Big Jim I don't think that QQ-TT would give me a shred more action anyway, and I should just push/raise that flop up. On another note, I don't thnk I'll post a hand from villian's perspective again. It just seems to cause too much confusion.
