Default Live bubble situation

So here's the deal, live 10-handed S&G, 4 people left, 3 people remaining. My stack was 45.150, UTG had about 40k, sb 10k and bb exactly 4.850. Blinds are 750/1500 and going up the next hand to 1000/2000. I'm on the button and the other big stack folds. I find 7c 6c. What to do here? Instapush? Or just put bb all-in for his remaining stack.

Reads on sb: kinda loosish in the beginning, but doesn't want to leave the game now with bb in such a bad shape. If he pushes he probably has 99+ or AJs+.

Reads on bb: is weak tight and always ends up on the bubble with a low stack. He called a push earlier with K7 so his calling range is pretty wide, any ace, any two broadway cards, most kings, and any pocket pair (maybe even Q9 or Q8).

I raised it to 4850 putting him all-in, was this ok? I have no clue whatsoever (and no: i'm not being results-oriented). Do I wait for a better hand or do I have to make use of my big stack to try to knock people out? If he calls, I'm most likely a 60/40 dog, so I was willing to take the risk. Only problem would've been if he had 66+ or A7/A6 exactly.

I don't see a real problem with your play given the stacks, but I would opt to fold this. With the blinds about to go up, the bb is likely to be pushing almost anything.
