uhmmmmm, why exactly are you afraid of AA? Did you get some beats in the past? because it really sounds like youre playing kinda results oriented. bet more on the flop like 8$ is fine, i guess. dont check the turn, bet out for 15$, he has AJ-type hands. Pre is fine
