Default 1010 vs. LP raiser M=8

Blinds 400/800 ante 100
9 handed table

Villain 14,000
Hero 16,500

Villain is in cutoff and raises 2200. He had been playing pretty tight but definitely stealing every once in awhile. I'm on the button with tens. The last three pots I've been in I've raised all in. Twice when my M=4-5 and the other to resteal from the SB against a LP raiser.

Do I call, raise to around 6000-7000, or push? I thought a push might induce a call from worse than normal hands due to my recent activity. If I reraise and he pushes do I call? I was lost with this one.

I'd push. Stacks are bad for a re-raise. The guy has put in over 10% of his stack and it is worth more than 10% of your stack to pick up the pot now.

Given your reads, this seems like an easy push.

Since I have pushed a few times recently, does a 6000-7000 raise look stronger?

Look stronger to what? What hands are you hoping to fold out that would call if you shoved? I can only think of hands that you beat. I doubt JJ is folding for a raise of less than A/I.

I guess what I meant is the raise looks more like QQ+ since I had been pushing everything else.

So you would be folding out JJ and AQ? I still have my doubts. I'd push for value because you want 88 and AQ to call.

Dont really think we want AQ to call, but whatever, push is good since we are last to act so that makes stop and go way less useful.

No brainer push. If you're racing so be it that's great, if you take it down pf which I doubt will happen that's great too.

I wish my life were this easy at later stages in tournaments.
