I second the Precept lady balls as long as they are the newer ones(the crystal like ones). They are ridiculously long and soft and have decent spin control around the greens. Only reason i dont use them is my swing speed is way way too high for them and i need lots more spin control around the greens.

I'm in Japan (vacation) here, the used grab bags are great. 30 balls for 900yen (around $7.50 usd) inside you'll find about half are really good (Pro V1 & X's, Callaway, XXIO, etc...)

Dude, that's the driving range!

Buy used. Knetgolf.com is a good site. They usually have specials once a month on different brands. Last month they had 50% off all maxfli balls, I bought 15 doz noodles in mint condition for about $5 a doz.

I'll usually buy 10 dozen or so of balls I know I like then I'll buy a dozen here and there of balls I want to try.

I don't care if you're a woman or not, but Lady Precept MC is a pretty good ball. Good distance, fairly good feel, and I can usually find them for $7.99 at Golf Galaxy .
