TPTK, I may have messed up flop
Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)
Hero ($100) CO ($101.50) Button ($313.15) SB ($267.80) BB ($111.30) UTG ($100) Preflop: Hero is MP with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Hero raises to $3.5, 3 folds, BB calls $2.50. Flop: ($7.50) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players) for some reason converter won't give flop action so here it is: Villain leads out for $5, I raise to $16, and he shoves. I fold. Looking back, it seems like I gave free $$ to a draw. Is a flat call of the flop lead always standard? My worry was that there were so many scare cards to come, and I would have trouble handling a turn bet. |

Re: TPTK, I may have messed up flop
If you raise the flop raise more and call a push. If you don't think you can call a push, just call the flop. As you siad, this is the perfect way to donate to a fd.

Re: TPTK, I may have messed up flop
Just call the flop.
He should push his draws, two pair, sets and made straights = pretty much everything he leads with. |

Re: TPTK, I may have messed up flop
his range is pretty much crushing you. folding is fine/standard, especially with no read.
i think this is a fairly accurate range for most semi-decent players. if hes bad you can add in KK/QQ/K9/Q9 and youre even worse off. Board: 9s Qh Kh Dead: equity win tie pots won pots tied Hand 0: 34.764% 34.69% 00.07% 8587 17.00 { AsKc } Hand 1: 65.236% 65.17% 00.07% 16129 17.00 { 99, Ah9h, KQs, QJs, JTs, Jh9h, T9s, 9h8h, 8h7h, 7h6h, 6h5h, 5h4h, KdQc, KhQc, KhQd, KsQc, KsQd, KsQh } --- and this isnt a big deal but i raise a little more on the flop |
