People tremendously overvalue / love to bluff on paired boards.

And by betting flop and turn, if he raises you on turn, Baluga obv

[ QUOTE ]
Which hands that I beat are going to play for stacks here?

If it goes bet/call bet/call, bet/shove, how often is my AA actually good?

[/ QUOTE ]

Not very often, but instead of surrendering all initiative, you have been the aggressor and if you size your bets properly, you won't have paid a different price than here (tho you might have folded out QQ, which you are trying to extract value from)

Meh, its a difficult game and I should have been in bed a long time ago.

Ok this is all helpful. How do we think the fact that the pair is K changes it though? If the board was 5/5/7 then without a doubt my standard line would be leading the flop and the turn.

Obv because:
1. with the 55 flop someone else can have a smaller overpair and pay me off, not possible with the KK flop
2. someone is much more likely to have a K after calling my preflop raise than a 5.

I guess that is part of my reasoning for going so passive/weak.
