Re: Going to Boston for the weekend. What do you recommend?
I was just there this weekend, and I just want to complain about three things a) driving in Boston, sucks, b) pedestrians in Boston are the absolute worst, and c) the parking situation in Boston is horrible. The combination of the above factors while spending this past weekend there visiting my brother has put me on life tilt (as if I'm not tiltling enough already). So if at all possible, avoid driving there.

[/ QUOTE ] you';re really [censored] helpful me, i only know the obvious like Quincy market, Museum of Science, NE Aquarium, and Sox are on the west coast so no sport this week. Allston/Brighton restauraunts are good during the springtime too. edit: oh, and the T (subway) isn't bad either, and will take you to all the above places. Last train is either around 2am or earlier, which is too early for my tastes though. consider the park and ride. |

just tring to get excited for a trip dude, and searching google doesn't excite me
i'd rather read about peoples actual experiences than some advertising website for some resturant or bar, of cource their site is gonna say they are the best. |

A well-deserved star. Besides the poor effort put into his post, didn't we have a Boston thread a week ago?
Also, has anyone tried those McDonalds lobster rolls -- I never got to try one |

OP, FYI - When the Sox are out of town you can get a pretty sweet tour of Fenway and take some good pictures and stuff. You should try that and have lunch etc at Boston Beerworks.
