Re: Folding KQs in pos, too tight?
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] wow really? I pound this guy squarely in the ass here until he understands that Im a total a-hole in position. [/ QUOTE ] Im not sure if you are advocating a call or a raise here, which is it and why? [/ QUOTE ] Reraise preflop, and bet flop when checked to. Why? You have position, and he raises more hands UTG than just AK+ QQ+. Sometimes I call preflop though, but in general against this type of player I reraise preflop and bet flop. |

Re: Folding KQs in pos, too tight?
if guy is semi decent (as in he'll fold A8 here, and not float w/ A high/22 on a whiffed flop) then raising here can be good. However if you have hardly and fe against him pre or post and he has terrible post skills then call and let him make bigger mistakes in the hand when you hit. You have position after all. Less advantage in trying to take the pot down now.
This whole 2+2 raise or fold pf thing is bad. Certain situations warrent it, but don't get it into your heads that calling with anything but pps pf is bad, because it isn't. |

Re: Folding KQs in pos, too tight?
3bet this all day long. Abuse position. You have disgusting FE. Villains don't adjust to UTG nearly as much as you guys apparently think they do...
