I expect 3-better to have probably AA/KK. Button seems like a donk, probably would put his money in if he hits anything or has an overpair. He did openshove few times from utg pf and stuff like that. Is this call totally -EV or?

If you suspect villain(s) to stack of easily with an overpair if you hit a set I think the preflop-call is fine.

SB's not really deep enough but UTG's presence makes it slightly ok.

I fold here. Main reason is that we are not deep enough and that cuts on our implied odds. I would start calling when we're around 200bb's.
