Flop: J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (9.5SB, 3 players) SB bets, MP3 calls, Hero raises, SB 3-bets, MP3 folds, Hero calls. Turn: K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (8.25BB, 2 players) SB bets, Hero ? Calldown or fold?? Is the flopplay standard?

easy fold. Yah, flop is ok. Heads-up it'd be tougher, 3-ways I'd just raise and see.

Flop looks good to me.
I'm guessing villian has QQ+ on this, but it's hard to tell. I would think you are in trouble here though.
