I just applied to have my limits up'd above the 600 "select" amount. When you have $6K in there, they will let you go to $1500/day ATM and ACH. I was told on the phone if you have $10K in your account you can get it "pretty much as high as you want." Unfortunately, I backed off of my $10K balance gamble, and I have already sent in the forms. $1500 should be good for now anyway.

FYI-To have this done, you have to send them a million ID docs. This still applies even if you have previously been through the account verification thingy. This process seems to be quicker, though. *fingers crossed*

thanks...im just looking to up it to 600 per transfer. I tried all my credit cards but none of them will allow me to do transactions. All are denied from epassporte.

just call your bank's customer service/fraud department and future epassport transactions will work.

After growing tired of waiting for a week+ for deposits from ePass to hit my checking, I decided to try the ATM route today, but I've been getting a non-sufficient funds error. however, the funds just hit my ePass account a couple of hours ago. Do you guys have to wait for some time period after funds have hit ePass to be able to withdraw them via ATM?

There was an error communicating with your bank - the transaction could not be processed at this time. Please try again later.

Should I be worried, anyone else get this message when making a withdrawal to their bank account?

SUCCESS!

You have successfully withdrawn US$300.00 from your ePassporte Account

Nevermind, 45 minutes later it worked.

I've been getting the same thing all day:

I've emailed CS...hopefully I'll hear back within the next week.

So annoying. I have called everyday since Sunday to expedite my limit increase. Monday, Tuesday, and today they said I would get an email in a "few hours." Still, nothing has come.
