Default SB Play Diferences in Cash Games - depending on SB size LIMCASH

As an example, in the Stars
$2/4 blinds are 1/2 (let's call this "the usual" game)
$3/6 -------> 1/3 (tighter SB?)
$15/30 ---> 10/15 (looser SB?)
I believe Sklansky covered how to change your game based on blinds/antes differences, in SoP or in one of his essays. But what about heads up? I'm familiar with how agressive you have to be in heads up cash play
Compared to "the usual" game where BB=2xSB

Should you tighten up your starting requirements at least a little in $3/6?(getting only 2 to 1 to call and $4 to $5 to raise?)
Conversely, in the $15/30, should you be calling(or raising) everything (getting 5 to 1 to call? and $25 to $20 to raise?).

It would seem in $3/6 if you're going to come in anyway, it is rarely correct to limp, so you might as well raise or fold. While in the $15/30 there may be a lot of hands you don't want to raise with, but if your opponent is letting you get away with it you should limp ALL the time.

Now if your'e the BB in these situations, do you presume that in the $3/6 the SB usually has something to be entering the pot? While in the $15/$30 do you punish the SB for limping all the time, with any sort of hand?

Any thoughts?
As a corollary, let's say it's three handed. Do you try to steal more often on the button in $15/30, betting 30 to win 25, versus betting 6 to win 4 in the $3/6? In general, the $3/6 should be nittier even in short and full ring play for the non-blinds? And the $15/30 a bit looser?
