Default Bet sizes HU with SB + button

Assume a cash game w BB=1 effective stacks always =100 (so pretty much your standard internet NLH game really). Small blind (0.50) is the button. BB (1) is UTG

Player A always min raises to 2 when it is his button. Player B always raises to 3. Assume both players have identical styles of play (they could be matching bots or whatever)

Fairly obviously, I think, given equal skills / styles, player B will have an advantage as he will be playing larger pots in position.

1) Is it possible to estimate the size of this advantage?

2) If player B has an advantage over Player A, would player C who always comes in for 4 have an advantage over both? If so, would Player Z (comes in for $25 every hand) have even more of an advantage? If not, at what point do you think the marginal effect becomes negative? If so, would player ZZ (allin every button hand) have even more of an advantage).

3) Are there [rational] styles of post initial raise play (for either player) for which player A's strategy is better?
