OT - what to do during internet outage

Darin you'd be better off getting your backup dialup connection from a totaly different ISP.
I don't know what it's like in the states but in the UK there are lots of free dialup ISPS where you pay for the cost of a local phonecall while using it - which is fine if it's just there as a backup.
