Where to read to, by when? (This will probably work best if you just tell us where to read to and when we'll chat, and if people can make it, they will, elsewhise we'll take more time figuring out logistics then you know, studying...)

So, I reread about the first hundred pages last night, and was surprised at just how remedial it seems.

Also, though the advice is good, the specific examples are wrong for six max because hand values are so different in 6-max then full ring. Not sure what my point is, but just thought I'd put that out there.
