Posting hand history question (px factor style)

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question but I wasn't able to find an answer via search.

Is there any other method to post a hand history like the style pxfactor hosts them? I have a recent tourney or two I'd like a friend of mine to take a look at but its not worth the subcription fee for me just to upload a few. I can always make him do it the old fashion way via word document but obviously prefer something like pxfactor.
