I'm not a foxwoods regular but from what i know they don't usually get 40/80 games off there during non tourney times. I have been there during the week and they couldnt even get a 20/40 off.
For a slightly shorter drive time from NYC you can go to the Borgata in AC where you will definitely have at least one 40/80 game running.
