Default Rebate on Losses vs. Sign-Up Bonus

BetJamaica has a 16% rebate on losses (3 payments per year). You can choose this or the sign-up bonus (20% on first $500, 10% after... up to $300). You have to choose between one or the other, you can't have both.

5Dimes also has a 15% rebate on losses (2 payments per year). Or you can choose their sign-up bonus instead (back-end).

Assuming you do a lot of arbitraging, which is better to have?

the one time bonus is better assuming you are doing scalping

You will win longeterm at both of those books when arbing with pin matchbook etc.

If you want to ride the variance train and hope you get wrecked at one of those sites, you can. Your EV is higher if you take the 1 time bonus.
