POT LIMIT Starting Requirements

What are basic starting requirements and hands for a TAG POT LIMIT Omaha 8 or better player in a full 10 handed live game?

Ive read SS2 and, if i remember correctly, it indicated that you should play three to a wheel. I have probably logged only 10 hours of playtime for 10 handed games in 8/b.

Any basic ideas for starting hands from early,mid,late, blind postition?
