Re: General Advice for Fishy Non-Standard Game?
Rockingham Park (Salem NH) is closer, but not as good as Seabrook in almost every aspect. I find them largely identical, really. Seabrook has nicer decor, but it's absolutely not nice enough to drive another half hour for. |

Re: General Advice for Fishy Non-Standard Game?
But which has the better games? Again, they're close to identical. Both are filled with loose passive horrible players mixed with the occasional loose aggressive horrible players and tight passive horrible players. 8 to the flop every hand for an hour is completely normal. 5 people cold calling preflop caps is normal, the phrase "I just want to see what you have" before calls with 9 high, etc. Think 1cent/2cent online games. Just like that. |

I was concerned about the "older" crowd at Rockingham.
I may have to get my live fix tonight. |

Re: General Advice for Fishy Non-Standard Game?
I was concerned about the "older" crowd at Rockingham. Well, it's largely older degenerate gamblers who used to show up at a near abandoned horse racing track to bet otb and decided to play poker. There probably are a larger number of completely off their medication batshit insane older people playing at Rockingham. I find them funny, personally, but some might think it sad. |
