Anyways, here are my revisions to PNL. I re-drew the Jack and added some subtle shadows to the text to make it more legible.

Stuey ... the black is cool .. I like it [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Makes me think how a red version of your white cover would look (so you that suit/baground merging effect)

1) The "+" and "-" in the 2+2 logo would probably work better plain white, although I know they prob look better in full res than here

2) The title overlapping "sng" and "strategy" looks very good, but separating to me would look cleaner? The SNG part looks a little tall. I do like how much brightness they add to the cover the way you have it like that compared to the older version though.

2a) afterthought - "sit n' go" is the main theme, but it's being a little overpowered by "strategy", maybe that's what it is

3) Collin's name on the front cover - spacing the letters out just a tad more would improve legibility with the white against green

I'm glad you asked. There is a ton of flexibility here with regard to color, so tweaking the color is not a problem.

Thanks for asking. That is certainly another option. I could also do a combination of changing the color AND the card rank. There are a lot of things that could be done. I would do whatever the authors asked. The original design could be tweaked in many ways, however it still stands as my entry for this contest.

I imagine the subtitle has to be on the spine; the challenge
is whether to try to keep all 3 lines stacked like the cover
or side by side as shown (might be a bit crowded, but
wouldn't be the first spine like that lol!)

BUNNYRABBIT: I like the taupe-ish best, followed by blue.
