Default Cardrunners for MSNL player?

I'm a winning NL400-600 player and have been playing for about nine months now, and I was wondering if a Cardrunners subscription would do much for me. Are the videos mostly for SSNL players still learning the basics, or will Townsend teach me how to turn my table into a rapefest?

Please don't join. If you're a winning player already, what's the point?

Also, what site do you play on?

I don't watch the SSNL or even the MSNL. It's kind of pointless when you are better the person that is making the videos. Their HSNL videos are very good. The price is nothing so it's not even a big deal.
