Ok, seems like the consensus is to call. That makes me feel good, because in actuality, I called. And was shown A5o with the ace of trump. After the hand, it occurred to me that I would have felt stupid calling if he had flipped say the six or eight of spades, but it sounds like no one thinks he's folding even that often enough.

I did, and there are times when I will raise regardless of what I have when the SB open-completes. But I like to be unpredictable (like a fox?) in these situations, so I just check some of the time, too.
