$50NL TPTK in Blind Battle
Villain had just joined the table. I figured I really had to have the best hand and he was just trying to push me around, but the flop raise shows strength. Should I have folded the flop?
Bet Fred Poker Pilate (Beginner) 0.25/0.50, hand converted by the iPoker Converter at Talking-Poker Button ($23) SB Hero ($46.95) BB ($51.25) UTG ($50) UTG+1 ($45.20) CO ($87.32) Preflop: Hero is in the SB with A 9 4 folds, Hero raises to 1.50, BB calls 1.25. Flop (3.50) 8 9 3 Hero bets 3, BB raises to 9, Hero calls 6. Turn (21.50) 7 Hero checks, BB bets 14, Hero? |

Re: $50NL TPTK in Blind Battle
Man, being OOP sucks, and I hate these spots.
Given he is an unknown I probably fold on the flop as you will be facing a turn bet a high proportion of the time and this has reverse implied odds written all over it. Given your line, I might block bet the turn and fold to a raise. If he just calls, then you are in another sticky spot on river. I probably check fold river , unless he makes a v small bet. |

Re: $50NL TPTK in Blind Battle
I think fold the flop, but don't mind calling to see turn play. As played i fold the turn we only have tptk no point stacking off here.
