Min 3-bet from SB with KK+ is quite bad play, so if he's the kind of player to advertise his holding that way, fold preflop.
A tricky player might min 3-bet with suited connectors, say, and make *weak* opponents fold to the C-bet.

On this flop, bet. Hope he has KK+ or JTs and c/r you.
