Shannon Elizabeth at Binions

I was in a must move $1/$2 NL game at Binions this afternoon, when I was moved two seats to the left of Shannon Elizabeth.

Apparently she had busted out of the PLO tournament and I guess killing time.

Well overall she was nice, however when I first sat down she made a comment about the way I played a hand.

I have been buying in short for the past couple of days due to some serious card dead issues, and just missing the flop. So I had worked my $100 stack to $135 before I sat down.

UTG min raised to $4.00, everyone called, I look down at A/K off in the sb, and I pulled the ol' concept 22...all in baby!

As they all folded, Shannon smirked and gave me a condescending..."bit of an overbet don't you think."

Well, I then watched her proceed to get unlucky when she had a pair and an open ended straight draw, but it was apparent by the action that the all-in guy was already there.

This left Shannon with about $125.00 when this hand came up.
Older lady had been raising a lot of hands, she made it $15 to go on the button.
Shannon reraised to $60, leaving her $65 behind. The older lady called.
Flop was Q high, Shannon pushed the remainder of her stack in, the older lady called.

Shannon had 6's, villain k/Qs.

Shannon picked up her belongings and stormed off saying, "this is some of the worst poker playing I have ever seen."

I guess when she limped in MP with K/9 off she was playing her "a game."

I made the money in the PLO tourney (big deal $214), It was indeed Shannon Elizabeth playing at Binions. For those of you that enjoy being in the presence of a beatuiful woman you missed a wonderful sight. My only regret is that I never got to play with her (at her table I mean...yuh). When she busted out and started playing 1-2 nlh I considered going busto just to get in her game. Wow! What a beautiful woman! No offense to Brandi but there is a lady that Sklansky should be giving free lessons.
