Default Way too passive, or well played?

Party Poker 15/30

UTG limps. This is the second time I have seen him limp UTG in half an hour. The first time, he didn't reraise preflop, and showed ATo at the river. My notes from a previous day say that he is "loose, but a smart, thinking, player". His stats are 31/17/1.36. That's not a note I would write on too many people, so I am being wary.

Folded to Cutoff, who limps. I raise with Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB folds, Very LAGGY BB calls, and here comes UTG with a raise. Cutoff folds, I call, BB calls.

Flop is K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

BB checks, UTG bets, I call, and BB calls.

Turn is Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

UTG bets, I call, BB raises. UTG folds, and I call. Two tough decisions there, as I really thought there was a good chance that UTG already made a full house. BB cleared that up, but left me wondering. My plan was to raise a non-club river.

River is 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

BB bets, I call.

This hand felt VERY strange, but every time I called, I really thought it was the best decision (well, maybe not the river...that one was purely crying.). I still have no idea.

Let me have it.

I'm not being critical here. Does anyone think raising 2 limpers with QJs in that spot is a particularly good or bad play in a party poker $15-30 game?
It's definitely a play in my book but not necessarily a raise.

The hand itself you could have put more action in on the flop and the turn, especially on the flop. It's true you might get hammered by the UTG for 3 small bets but it puts pressure on the BB to give it up or define his hand and you have a decent flop to work with even if you are beat

This is exactly why I posted this hand. If there is not UTG limp re-raiser, I bet and raise in every single spot up to the river here.

But the limp reraise has me confused, and by that time, it's a whole different hand.

And of course villian is more likely to have AA than KK since there is a K on the flop.
