Default Hit two pair on a dangerous flop against tilting weak player

Guy limps in a ton...have seen him limp mid pocket pairs, KQ on the CO. He had lost several pots to me before playing back at me with a strange overbet that I didn't know what to make of, then this hand happens:

Any deeper and I don't call since I know this guy is capable of limping pocket pairs. I'm usually mistrusting of flop check raises though and he seems tilty...

if villian is tilting, he's doing this with any draw and overpairs, and stacking off the same range. Easy push imo.
