72o because it's the worst hand and it makes opponents really mad when you turn it over and win with it.

AJo. (100bb deep stack, 6 handed NL) [/ QUOTE ] jopke? AJo should be autoraised from any position. OP, you shouldnt look at it this way. Instead of a specific "trash" hand you should be looking for situations in which you can raise a wide range profitably. |

But when someone else has come in the hand, especially for a raise, your hand loses a lot of value. And if you're in one of the blinds you can pretty much cut your losses by folding. Give me T7s instead |

Instead of a specific "trash" hand you should be looking for situations in which you can raise a wide range profitably. [/ QUOTE ] QFT. And I don't like raising specific trash hand some specific percent of the time by some randomization schedule, I like thinking about mixing it up in terms of widening my range for that hand. In some cases/scenarios, my range might be 100% (blind steals against weak opponents for example). I don't look down, see T9s in EP, and then say 'I'm going to raise this 25% of the time' and check my randomizer or whatever. |
